Q: I was able to get into All Access before, why can't I get in now?

A: You must log in to the partner portal using your partner portal login credentials—All Access login credentials will NOT work. If you do not have login credentials for our partner portal, you will need to work with the person in your company that is managing new users.

Q: I’m in the partner portal, why don’t I see the tile?

A: We are currently working to correct a technical issue, if you do not see the tile, switch to the Advisor View and see if the tile shows up.

Q: After switching to Advisor View I still don’t see the tile?

A: Chances are your account has not been activated, please reach out to us for support. Contact us at Channel Marketing: 

Q: Why is Intermedia transitioning away from the Sales Portal to All Access?

A: Primarily, we’ve outgrown our Sales Portal as it stands today.  We want to help partners build their business, and All Access brings a feature-rich platform with functionality and efficiencies that we don’t have today.  Partners will be able to create demand, as well as develop and manage their leads, all within the All Access ecosystem. All Access also provides marketing material business intelligence with reporting on the success and popularity of each piece created.

Q: Are ZiftOne and All Access the same thing?

A: All Access is how Intermedia has branded the Zift One Partner Marketing Portal.

Q: What if I have multiple partner accounts?

A: Only one of your accounts will be registered for All Access. We suggest the account you use the most or have designated as primary.  

Q: What should I expect to see on October 11th, 2021

A: All links and references to the “Sales Portal” will no longer be visible. In its place, we will reference All Access. Additionally, from the Partner Portal home page, you will see a tile labeled All Access. When selected, you will instantly enter All Access.

Q: What if I need help while utilizing the All Access platform or have technical issues?

A:

  • First, make sure you’ve watched the Get Started videos; the link is on the home page banner “Get Started”
  • For quick technical questions, the CHATBOT in the lower right corner is very helpful (you can connect with a live person here)
  • To access the Zift Academy knowledge base, select the question mark (?) to the right of your name at the top right side of any page
  • If you are still in need of support email us at: channelmarketing@intermedia.com  with the subject line:  All Access Help
